All of the decisions that we make each and every day at Johnson & Johnson and in medtech really impacts the lives of people. Well, as a quality leader, focusing on quality is my obligation. I feel like I need to do it not one day or two, it's every single moment, every single time. So improving quality in my area has improved the overall success of the organization by ensuring that we have quality products out the door that we become trusted in everything we do with every single customer every single day. I think the most recent one that I can think of is with QDOT. We were having some issues in the field with CHAR. We are continuously innovating not only our products but also how we make decisions on a day-to-day basis. And how we're continuing to improve the quality of those devices for every patient and customer that would utilize them. This is one where we're very lucky to work for a company like Johnson & Johnson, where quality really is such an important part of our business. Working for Johnson & Johnson not only made a quality impact on the decisions that we're making, but on the world that we serve. Thanking the quality team, thanking all the functions, because as I said in the beginning, we all on quality.
