Inside Illuminate

So Illuminate is our commitment to empowering people to share knowledge and to share best practices and to innovate together as a team across companies. And we started that five years ago with our first version of Illuminate, even before we called it Illuminate. I'm learning a lot from everyone around to see better practices and how to improve on our business and our processes. As a first-time attendee, I've heard a lot about the Lumine ecosystem, but by being here and seeing it firsthand, I'm getting a lot out of it, and I can take this back to my job and my team. The power of Illuminate is the opportunity to bring together leaders from all over the world, from old businesses to new businesses. It's an opportunity for everyone to learn from each other, build connections and memories that last a lifetime. So you have contact with BU's in the U.S., contacts with BU's in Tokyo. So it's really nice to share these experiences and have different perspectives of the world and the way they do stuff. So this is my second Illuminate. It's really important that my management team are here this week to take the opportunity to network across all of the different functions, meet the people that they wouldn't normally meet in their day-to-day lives, and exchange experiences and stories. We want people to be passionate about what they do. The passion creates the magic, and events like this unleash the potential of all of us. I've been to Illuminate for five times. For a leader, it's important that I can identify those high potential individuals in my team that normally wouldn't be exposed to a network of peers and to give them a network to communicate to, to feel comfortable outside of their current company to reach out and learn, ask questions, and ultimately help them in their journey to become that next leader. That's what really attracted me to Lumine. It's just, you know, throughout the interview process, we're really clear on what the values are and the humility and the curiosity, the numeracy, All of those values kind of relate to a really special place. Being at Five Illuminates, it's amazing to see the progress and the growth within our organization. The scale of this event is absolutely unbelievable, and I can't wait to see what's next. Our vision is to keep doing this, to keep providing more and more businesses to share knowledge with, to collaborate with, to inspire, and to have fun at the same time.
